Kathy Garrison
Chief Estimator
Kathy has over 30 years of construction experience and currently serves as Summit's Chief Estimator. She is responsible for department management, project bids, permits, construction schedules, budgeting, and work completion.
Kathy works in conjunction with the Vice President and the Business Development Department in managing existing and future workloads. She has been with Summit for over 12 years.
