Marc Padgett
Executive Vice President
Marc holds Contractors Licenses and is a Qualifier for Summit in the Southeastern and Midwest United States including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Marc has been involved in Commercial and Multi-family construction for over 20 years including Tax Credit, Senior Living, Hotel, Renovation, and Market Rate projects.
Prior to being a principal with the Summit Companies, Marc spent time as a Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. Having experience in all of these areas provides him with the expertise to manage all daily operations of the company including, contract negotiations, marketing, management, estimating, pre-construction services, and value engineering.
Marc is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Florida Housing Coalition, National Association of Home Builders, Northeast Florida Builders Association, the Florida Home Builders Association, the First Coast Apartment Association, the Florida Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.
